The Hill Country RV Resort & Event Center has 11 Cabins & 10 Shelters. We will be renting at our normal rate but do require a 4-Night stay for the full eclipse and a 3 -Night stay for the Ring Of Fire. All rentals require a 1-night deposit at time of reservation and must be paid in full 60 days prior to each event. If not paid prior to the 60 day clause, you will lose your deposit and it will open to someone else for rental. Cabin prices vary, please go to www.rvtexasresort.com to see pricing.
We are not allowing pets. Cabins vary in how many it will sleep. Pricing is based on 2 people and there is a $10.00 charge per person per night over two. We are only allowing the number a cabin sleepsto stay in each cabin. No cots or bedding on floors will be allowed. RV rental spot are $40.00 per night. The same restrictions apply as above. No tent camping will be allowed during this time. RV spots will be limited during the April Eclipse.
We have planned activities for both events and an astrologist will be here on site. There will also be speakers in the Event Center prior to the eclipses, and again after the eclipses for comments. We have a large field for viewing both events. You must provide a battery pack for your telescopes.
Please carry in enough food, water and snacks for your stay. It is unlikely the stores in the area will have supplies and/or the ability to accommodate the amout of that will be here during these events.
We will sell coffee, water and soda until it runs out.
